A nonrefundable application fee of $75.00 will apply if the potiental adopters go to the next step of a site evaluation.  This application will be used to make sure the person and the horse will be a suitable match. Board members will review each application and will determine placement. The approved applicant will then be contacted and given the option of putting a deposit on the horse. If the applicant chooses not to send a deposit the next approved applicant will be contacted. The deposit is only required to hold the horse. The deposit fee is $200.00. Balance of the adoption fee is due within two weeks of the deposit. If W.E.R. has not received the adoption fee within the two week period, they have the option of returning the deposit less $50.00 and placing the horse elsewhere. W.E.R. will make every attempt to work with adopters.
